Mr. Bretton has been with SBCC since November 2007 and delivers both extensive marketing and graphic design experience to SBCC clients. He has 20 years of marketing experience - 15 years of which were specifically focused in the creation, development and implementation of branding initiatives.
During his career, he has worked for, and with, Fortune 100 companies such as Citigroup, Prudential, IBM, State Farm Insurance, Coca-Cola and the nation's largest provider of arbitration and mediation services Arbitration Forums Inc.
While at Arbitration Forums, he was successful in 'consumerizing' the concept of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) later popularized in various forums and media such as the 'Peoples Court' television show.
Mr. Bretton has created compelling and message-driven branding campaigns for Prudential Prime Properties of New York, the National Standards Authority of Ireland, TUV Rheinland's Automotive Retail Management Program, BMW's Mystery Shopping Program, DAS Consulting Services, and Platinum Grove Asset Management, among others.
Mr. Bretton's greatest strength is in his ability to define, communicate, market, and sell an organization's value proposition. He employs an approach that builds dialogue and ultimately delivers relationships to an organization. Mr. Bretton has extensive sales and marketing experience within information-rich, information-intensive, and information-dependant industries.
Mr. Bretton earned both an BBA and MBA from the Robert O. Anderson School of Management at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque and is a certified mediator
